Where We Ship We ship within the United States and internationally.
Shipping Rates Orders of $49 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders under $49, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside of our control.
Processing Time Orders are processed within [1-7 business days] of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. International orders may take longer due to customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.
Incorrect Address Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
